Repetition makes me more successful.

I learn through repetition. Practice increases my chances for success. Through repetition, I turn individual acts into positive habits.

I know that accomplishing anything worthwhile requires time and effort. I develop patience.

My practice sessions are strategic because I assess my performance. I identify areas where I want to make progress and then focus my attention there. I spread out my practice sessions and create lessons that I can hold onto all my life.

I can apply repetition to any aspect of my life.

When it comes to my health, I establish a daily routine that protects my physical and mental wellbeing. I go to bed and rise at about the same time each day. I plan meals and snacks that provide seven servings of fruits and vegetables. I jog before work each morning or spend my lunch hour at the gym.

At work, I create systems to speed up administrative tasks. I rehearse important presentations so I can get useful feedback. Then, I refine my performance.

As a parent, I realize that my children often need to hear the same messages over and over again before they sink in. I drill them on the proper way to cross a street safely and how to wash behind their ears.

Today, I remember why repetition is worthwhile. Practice reinforces my knowledge and skills.
